A part is missing, I have lost a part or a part has broken. How do I get a replacement?

All products are intended for children aged 12 and over. However, if you help your child and solve puzzles together, your family will grow together and your child will be able to solve difficult tasks as a team!

All Escape Boxes are made from high-strength, natural birch wood. The team assembles the puzzle pieces by hand. We pay very careful and sensitive attention to the quality of the product, so you can be sure that it is safe. The wood also offers you a very pleasant tactile experience - you will love holding our puzzles in your hands.

We have learnt from our customers that it can sometimes be helpful to have a few little helpers to make it easier to assemble 3D models. As a result, we have put together this MagicHolz tool kit for you. The kit contains the following (all parts are made of stainless steel):

  • File to repair unevenness in the wood
  • Ruler if you need to be more precise
  • Hammer when your fingers hurt from pressing
  • Cutter knife to cut reluctant webs on the wooden panel
  • 2x glue tips to get glue where it needs to go
